Green tomatoes

Misc.

I have recipes for relishes and mincemeat plus using them fresh in baking for pies, etc. Maybe if you can tell us if you want to use them now or later we could provide recipes. I used to take the green ones off and wrap each in newspapers and keep them in the basement until they ripened. This worked quite well, but alas I no longer have the basement.
