How 'bout a Nice BIG Chef Salad??

Misc.

Just tear up lettuce, quarter some tomatoes, slice some cucumbers (optional), open a can of black olives and slice (or buy pre-sliced); toss these ingredients together. On top, place hard-boiled eggs (also optional if you REALLY don't want to turn on your stove at all), shelled and quartered or dice, and julienne some deli-cooked ham, turkey, or meat of choice (leftover cooked boneless chicken would work, diced), and julienne strips of cheddar and swiss.
Or you can just toss everything together, including meat and cheese. You could also add a little shredded carrot, red cabbage, etc. To make things even easier, buy the pre-packaged salad mix (which a lot of people don't like, but it saves on time and energy in a pinch). Serve with your choice of dressing(s). You're out of the kitchen in no time, and chef salad is very filling.
