These fill up my teen boys & hubby:
Krab Salad
1 lb. imitation krab flakes, shredded
lots of lettuce ( i use iceburg & romaine )
chopped hard-cooked eggs (wellllll )
sliced green onions
sliced black olives
tomato wedges- or cherry tomatoes
fresh black pepper
I usually use fat-free thousand island dressing ( ranch is good,too)
TOSS IT UP & serve with french bread & ice cream & berries

Soft Tacos
ground beef, cooked with taco seas.( or shredded chicken mixed w a bit of taco sauce)
shredded cheese
shredded lettuce
diced tomatoes
chopped avacado ( or guacamole)
sour cream
taco sauce
Fold burrito-style& enjoy ( in large flour tortillas )
I like this with a fruit salad on the side
