Phoenix just broke it's own heat records, having 124 and 126 at the end of last week. We're generally 15 below what they have. This weekend brought rain, and it's steamy enough here --- I can imagine what my daughters in Phoenix are tolerating today!

It's time for Jello foods! Green salads! I wish I had my grandma's recipe for Polish Ice Cube Stew, but she forgot to write it down. ;-)
