Oh, I feel your pain! I live in Ft. Worth--this is day ?? of 100+ temps. The very thought of doing anything--let alone cook, makes me weary! (: I will accept any and all invitations to dinner--just gimme the address! One thing I have done is cook up some chicken to use in various dishes--baked chicken that can be seasoned for a chef salad, seasoned with Mexican seasoning for tacos or burritos, etc. Also, my husband loves to barbeque, so I make sure he grills a couple different kinds of meat to last throughout the week, and serve cold pasta salad, melon, etc. for side dishes. Watching "Frosty the Snowman" is a psychological boost, too! (: hee hee Take care and keep cool! (Yeah, right!)
