Recipe(tried): Re: It's HOT in Texas!

Misc.

Here's a filling idea for some yummy sandwiches.

Ingredients:
turkey slices
lettuce
sliced tomato
sliced avacado
red onion
sliced cheese (swiss is really good on this)
Italian dressing
bread

Stack everything up on bread and top with dressing. Very cool and very refreshing. Load up the veggies and add others to it.

Strawberry Yogurt Pie

2 small containers Dannon strawberry yogurt
1 pint strawberries, quartered (save 1 or 2 for garnish)
1 tub cool-whip
graham cracker crust

Combine ingredients: pour into crust. Top with strawberries halves. Chill 2-4 hours. Very light.
