DH and I love Indian food and this sounds very doable. We have one Indian restaurant here, and there are two in Northampton which is just across the Connecticut River - close enough for us to dine there fairly often. Actually, Northampton has several really wonderful restaurants. The biggest problem is that most of them don't take reservations so a wait can be up to two hours! You just have to be prepared to do that. The word has spread that the restaurants are good so people gravitate there from all over the place. We often just order carry-out from the Indian restaurant here. Indian food is wonderful when the weather is cool/cold so this is on my "make soon" list. I'm crossing my fingers that I can find the Tikka sauce.
