JULIENNED CARROTS AND ZUCCHINI
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
2 carrots, peeled and julienned
2 zucchini, peeled and julienned
Melt the butter in the water and dissolve the sugar in it. Add the julienned veggies and heat to medium until tender.
