June, I can imagine what you are going through

Misc.
My husband had a heart attach ten years ago. That was the day that I stopped smoking. It changed our eating habits, and lifestyle. But you get use to it. I went to a nutritionist and she planned my menu, and what my husband was allowed to eat and not to eat. I have pretty much followed these guide lines and it helped so much. Up until this time I really did not know the guide lines to follow. I highly recommend this. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your husband. Please do not let the stress ovewhelmed you.I came apart, and it took a long time for me to realize I had to accept what had happened and I could not fix everthing and make it right.I think it is just as hard on the spouse as it is the victim. Please keep us posted as to how you are coping and how your husband is recovering.
From someone who has been there.
Love,
Claudette
