Recipe(tried): Good Low Fat Breakfast Recipe

Breakfast and Brunch
Try boiling a pan of potatoes with skins on.
let them cool and keep some in fridge for the next couple of days.
grate 1 or 2 depending on size. Spray non stick frying pan with Pam or whatever. I like to season my potatoes in a dish so their flavored all the way through. Mrs. Dash is a good seasoning and garlic powder. Fry on medium high til golden brown on both sides. I like a buttery taste on my hash browns so I spread a little butter substitute on them after cooking. Serve with egg beaters or beat 3 egg whites and one whole egg to make scrambled eggs. Smuther the eggs with salsa and you wont know the differnce. warm corn tortillas are good with this.
