Lemons in Chicken

I just read the recipe for the lemon inside a chicken and had to share something with everyone. Currently I live in Kuwait and everywhere you see what we call chicken on a stick. Actually it's rotessiere chicken being prepared in front of different restaurants. They are everywhere! Anyway -- this is how these chickens are prepared with the lemon inside. They are absolutely wonderful and sooooo moist. Matter of fact my husband had one for dinner this evening -- we just drive up and someone comes up to the car and takes your order. Better than drive thru!!!!
