Meat for Pork Stew
Misc. I was lazy and bought pork that was already cubed for stir fry. It was very tender. I made a Chile Verde with pork once (very similar recipe to this) and cubed boneless pork chops with good results. I think the slow simmering keeps the meat from drying out.
