Peltz recipe correction!!!! Melissa, I so hope your Peltz turned out!

We made them yesterday and they were great, one batch had escaping the raisins and the other didn't, still a mystery! My sister-in-law read the recipe wrong and was letting them raise in the cold garage and they still worked out! Then I re-read the previous posts to you and realized there was a mistake in the recipe I posted. I'm so sorry and hope things worked for you. The second ingredient should be WARM not COLD water! You soften the yeast in WARM water. If they didn't turn out, I appologize, I cut and pasted the recipe from my new computer files, so it's been wrong for some time. My sister-in-law's copy was right, so she must have had a previous copy from my old computer. Please let me know how they turned out, I'm very anxious to know and have my fingers crossed.
