PINWHEEL SANDWICHES: Use unsliced sandwich loaf. Cut lengthwise in 1/4 to 1/2 inch slices, then cut each slice in half crosswise. Flatten slices slightly with rolling pin. Spread with margarine or butter and favorite filling. If desired, at one end lay small sweet pickles or stuffed olives. Beginning at this end roll as for jelly roll. Spread edge with softened margarine to seal edge. The outside may be fosted with softened cream cheese and rolled in chopped nuts. Chill several hours and cut into slices.

*NOTE May be made a up to a day ahead, wrapped in plastic wrap, then a damp towel and refrigerated.
