re: Bad Fudge?
Misc.I always use whole milk. I've heard of a few people adding a little evaporated milk, but I've never tried it. I have tried 2% milk a few times, and it worked ok, but whole milk seems to taste the best. I've been thinking about adding a little espresso coffee, to give it a jolt!
