Look through the archives on this site for jam or jelly recipes. Also you could make some great sauce for pancake, ice cream, etc.
Then buy some Sure Jell and read directions for jam or jelly. There are even pectins out that make jams and jellies without sugar, reduced sugar and sugar substitute.
