re: Cool Whip substitute

Cool Whip is actually a non-dairy whipped topping manufactured by the Kraft Co. here in the U.S. It is made with water, corn syrup, and vegtable oil and is whipped light and fluffy. We use it here interchangably in most recipes with whipped cream.
