Our Italian friends make a very flat bread that has the pancetta, which has been fried up into little bits like salt pork or bacon, baked into it.

Then you sit back with friends and a glass of red wine and munch on it around the table for a few hours!!

Don't have the recipe, but it's a very flat heavy round loaf - someone out there must have it!!
