Mariangela, thank you so much for not resisting! Your recipe sounds absolutely wonderful. I especially love the use of cheese. I was thrilled to learn that you are responding from Italy. I have such a passion for Italian food! It was fortunate that I was paying attention when I read your response, or I may have missed your location as being so far from rural Ohio. I like to wait until my children are asleep (and sometimes my husband too) to 'surf'. It's much quieter, unfortunately that makes it later at night, and the later it gets the more tired I get. Thank you so much again, I have a feeling that I'm going to fall in love with this recipe. Lu
