RE:Would anyone like to share foods they enjoy that are off the beaten path?

Well, one thing I do that gets strange looks from my roommate is that I like to doctor up frozen pizzas with snow peas and swiss cheese. I love those peas on pizza because they stay crisp and are pretty sweet. I think they are a great pizza topping! And I just love swiss cheese. These are particularly good toppings to add to a canadian bacon pizza!

I did have a friend in college who would make macaroni and cheeese, then would douse it in ketchup! I had never seen that before!
