Gee, the frightening thing is about a third of the suggestions actually sound pretty good, and are things we already eat!

How about--
apple butter on cottage cheese
black pepper on cantaloupe
creamy peanut butter sandwiches with lettuce or bananas
salt, sugar and pepper on ripe tomatoes
chopped spinach on mashed potatoes

when he was young, the doctor told my mother-in-law to put sugar on my brother-in-law's mashed potatoes so he would eat them and gain weight.

my father-in-law likes waffles with dried beef gravy and King syrup on them.

cold spaghetti sandwiches
pizza with cream of mushroom soup and bacon on it
bacon, onion, and mayo sandwiches
creamy peanut butter sandwiches with lettuce and dry Fruit Loops
creamy peanut butter sandwiches with strawberry jelly and nacho cheese dorito chips

hot chocolate pudding and milk

Think I'm going to wander out into the kitchen and fix myself a snack!!
