Request: I Need Help Pleeease!!!

I have a have a friend that has a great husband and 3 great kids Their only problems are allergies. She is always looking for new recipes to make the day less boring. When you can only eat a few things eating is no fun. Her oldest son is allergic to (are you ready?) pork, chicken, turkey, seafood, eggs, peas, spinach, mint, peaches, apricots and honey. Her youngest son is also allergic to most the same but can eat eggs. Her daughter can eat anything!!!!!!!!!! Her husband is on a low cholesterol diet. So here she is with Beef and tofu for her oldest son, tofu and eggs for her youngest son and chicken and fish and for her husband. She feels like she is living in the kitchen! Good thing she likes to cook:-) So any help getting her out of the rut of making the same things over and over would be great. Any help would very much be appreciated. TIA :~)Angie
