Request: Muffins that remain moist even when cold

Misc.

Hi, I'm Hui from Singapore.

I've tried many muffin recipes in the past. The products usually taste great fresh from the oven but once cooled, they seem to dry up (i.e. do not taste moist anymore).
Can someone explain this?
Or does anyone have a muffin recipe that tastes as great hot or cold.
