Vanilla Bean Whipped Cream Recipe.....

Misc.

Vanilla Bean Whipping Cream. This would taste great with your dessert for tonight.

I like to use 1 vanilla bean for every two cups of well-chilled whipping cream (before it's whipped), but this is a personal call. What I would do is first add 1/2 of the vanilla bean, and taste the cream. I like mine really flavorful.

Using a small sharp knife, scape seeds from the vanilla bean. Add the seeds to the well-chilled whipping cream. Make whipped cream. YUM !!!

PS I am so glad to help. Any more questions ? Can I come tonight as a dinner guest ???

Come and visit me In the Kitchen with Sarah, here at TKL.
