Wonton skin
Misc.Hello Sara:
It is very easily to made wonton skin. First you must have a hand-clank pasta machine. The dough is made of just eggs and flour plus a tsp of salt and a tablespoon of water, knead till soft and pilable and set is aside for 1/2 hours or so. The dough looks kinda of yellowish in color due to the eggs. Use your pasta machine from highest number to the lowest number, dusting it with cornstarch while rolling it. After at least 1 hours of rolling constantly the flour will turn pale yellowish and not stick to the pasta machine. Now you can cut it into square or whatever shapes you want. I uses to made chinese noodle and wonton skin in Africa and Honduras where I can't get any chinese staple. I hope it will help, if not I will try to made some this weekend and gives you the exact measurement.
