Misc.I haven't tried either of those recipes, but they seen pretty basic. I noticed in the second recipe that it says to add the eggs to hot mixture without tempering. I think that's something I would do anyway. Actually, I only use egg yolks in my puddings. Also, the second recipe looks less sweet than that first one with 1 1/2 cups sugar!!
