Recipe(tried): Pork Roast with Cranberry Sauce in Crockpot

Main Dishes - Pork, Ham
I have cooked pork roasts in the crock pot by simply adding some coarsely ground black pepper and a can of jelled cranberry sauce. I usually cook it on medium for 6 or 7 hours but of course that depends on the roast. I always check with a themometer to make sure pork is thoroughly cooked.
