Recipe: Sweet Maple and Dried Cherry Glaze - Here is the one you are needing

Good morning to you. I have the recipe you are looking for. It isn't a copycat.. it comes from the RED LOBSTER Co.

SWEET MAPLE AND DRIED CHERRY GLAZE
(For Salmon & shrimp & other fish entries).

2 cups REAL MAPLE SYRUP (Health food stores sell this)
3 TBSP soy sauce (lite if available)
1/4 cup chopped dried tart cherries
(Usally found in the dried fruits & raisin in your super market)
1/2 fresh lemon juice
1/4 to 1/2 cup white sugar

1) Combine the first 3, ingredients in a small sauce pan over medium heat.

2) Squeeze juice from lemon into mixture & stir well.

3) Once mixture is heated, begin to add 1/4 cup of sugar & stir till completely dissolved. Taste glaze for sweetness. Add sugar as you require for your taste.

4) Once glaze is sweet enough, remove from heat & refrigerate. When completely cool, cover & store chilled.

5) Use at room temp. as glaze for GRILLED FRESH FISH.
