Recipe: Chocolate Chip Muffins

Chocolate Chip Muffins
Makes 12 muffins

1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup white sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup milk
1/3 cup melted butter
1 egg

Mix dry ingredients and add chocolate chips. Combine egg, milk and melted butter and stir into flour mixture. Do not beat. Bake at 375 F for 15-20 min.
