Recipe: Beef and Potato Loaf

Beef and Potato Loaf
rec.food.recipes/Daffodil Whoaml (2002)

4 cups sliced potatoes
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 lb. hamburger (lean)
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup oats or bread crumbs
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup onion
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Arrange sliced potatoes in a greased 2 quart casserole with onion, salt and pepper.

Make meatloaf with remaining ingredients; spread over top of potatoes.

Top with more ketchup.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
