Recipe: Meat Loaf Chatelaine

Main Dishes - Beef and Other Meats
MEAT LOAF CHATELAINE

2 lb. ground beef
1/2 C. fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 C. chopped onion
2 T. chopped parsley
1 T. chopped celery
1 can chicken gumbo soup
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 350F. Combine all ingredients; mix thoroughly. Shape into a loaf. Place in shallow baking pan. Bake 1 to 1 1/4 hours. Makes 8 servings.
