Mandarin Meatloaf

Servings: 8-10
2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 finely chopped medium onion
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 (14 oz.) can drained chop suey vegetables
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup plain dry bread crumbs
1 well beaten egg
1 (10 oz.) jar sweet and sour sauce
Combine all ingredients except sweet and sour sauce. Mix well. Press into 9x5-inch loaf pan. Bake 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
Drain off drippings, top with sauce and return to oven another 20 minutes.
