Recipe: Hawaiian Barbecue Sauce

Toppings - Sauces and Gravies
HAWAIIAN BARBECUE SAUCE

3/4 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup molasses
1 tsp ground ginger

Combine all ingredients, stirring well.

Use sauce to baste chicken, pork, or lamb when grilling.

Makes 2 cups
