Recipe: Freezer Cucumber Salad

Salads - Assorted
FREEZER CUCUMBER SALAD

7 cups cucumbers
2 cups sugar
1 cup white vinegar
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup sliced or chopped red pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp celery seed

Peel and slice cucumbers.

Mix remaining ingredients together, pour over cucumber slices and store in refrigerator.

Stir twice daily for 4 to 5 days.

Fill containers and store in the freezer.
