Recipe: Fruit Kebabs With Honey Yogurt Dip

FRUIT KEBABS WITH HONEY YOGURT DIP

1/2 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon pineapple-orange-banana juice
1 large banana, cut into 8 slices
1 cup fresh strawberries, stems removed
1 cup pineapple chunks in juice, drained

Combine yogurt, honey and juice in a small bowl; mix until creamy and smooth. Refrigerate

One hour before serving, alternate bananas, strawberries and pineapple chunks on wooden skewers.

Serve fruit kebabs with yogurt dip.

Makes 4 servings
