Recipe: Chinese Style Dressing (using lemon, ginger and sesame oil)

Salads - Salad Dressings
CHINESE STYLE DRESSING

"This is my own invention and I'm quite proud of it! I usually use this dressing on a salad of bean sprouts, water chestnuts, mushrooms and chopped spring onions."

Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 tsp of grated lemon zest
1 tbsp sesame seed oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp ground cayenne pepper
Vegetable oil

Mix together all except the oil. Whisk in oil until it reached the required consistency (I like it quite thin).
