Recipe(tried): Roast Pork Shoulder or Thigh for diane (repost)

Main Dishes - Pork, Ham
For baking the pork like in a luau you must have an underground oven, like in Hawaii. I suggest that you use the traditional baking method, using two ovens & 2 Pork Shoulders or Thighs of at least 10 lbs. each. Adjust the seasonings used. This is our traditional Christmas Main Dish.
