ALASKA DUCK SALAD

2 cups cooked duck meat cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 1/2 cups peeled, cored apples cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 1/2 cups canned or fresh orange sections, halved
1/2 cup finely diced celery
1/4 cup French dressing
Lettuce
Combine meat, fruit and celery. Toss with dressing. Chill.
Serve on a bed of crisp lettuce.
Makes 6 servings
