Asparagus that's been blanched, thin strips of procuitto, spread with dijon mustard and wrap in a spiral around the asparagus. Chill and serve.
A platter of baby veggies, steamed, tossed in olive oil, chill and serve with a dip of your choice.
Chicken, or beef satay skewers. Can serve at room temp with the satay dipping sauce.
Smoked salmon or smoked fish platter with little cocktail ryes, cream cheese, capers and chopped onions and wedges of lemon.
A cold roast beef with little rolls, mustards, and horseradish sauce on the side.
Honey baked or other spiral sliced ham with rolls and condiments on the side.
Cheese and fruit platter (already mentioned), or a platter of cheeses and fruits on little skewers (with some mint leaves inbetween the fruit or basil leaves)
Grape tomatoes on toothpicks with a little cube of fresh mozzarella, drizzled with a little olive oil, balsamic and salt and pepper (cut grape tomatoes in half, put cube in between two halves and secure with toothpick.
Different types of quiches, served room temp cut into little wedges or squares.
