Wine for meal and one champagne

Artichoke spread? with apple slices and grapes...most likely, this one or serve brie and gorgonzola with crackers...maybe a third cheese and the fruit?
if brie...maybe a baby Brie baked with fancy cranberry sauce?

Tarte (puff pastry)or quiche...of zucchini with smoked gouda, shallot and roasted red peppers and fine herbs for flavor.

Couscous or risotto with oregano, parsley, chopped prunes, onion, and a few chopped green olives!
Acorn squash puree with smoked almonds, thyme, sage, parsley, butter and lemon. Also make a minted pea and scallion puree and mix the two decoratively! (Arc it around the plate in a half-moon and serve the risotto dish to one side.

Serve a small bowl of grapefruit sections and with sherry to clear the palate.

Bouilliabaise with garlic/rosemary ciabatta bread

Heart of palm salad with (artichoke hearts?), red onion, mixed greens and avocado...see recipe file... use the pistachios in the dressing on this salad.

Meringue Torte with whipped cream and raspberries. Coffee and Tea.
