2 (16 oz) cans whole cranberry sauce
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp ginger
1 cup white raisins
1 Tbsp. curry powder
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
2 Tbsp. molasses
1/2 tsp. Tabasco
Mix all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes. Keep refrigerated.
Serve with ham or pork, (or turkey?) or use as appetizer over cream cheese.
