Apricot Balls

Makes about 100 pieces
2 pounds dried apricots
1 1/2 pounds shredded coconut
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
About 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
Using food processor or food grinder, coarsely grind apricots and coconut together. Place in a medium size bowl. Add condensed milk and stir with a wooden spoon until combined. Place in refrigerator overnight.
Form into 1-inch balls and roll in confectioners' sugar. Store in airtight container in refrigerator up to 3 weeks.
