Recipe: Argentinian Creole King Prawns

Argentinian Creole King Prawns
Serves 6

1 kg (2 lb 3oz) peeled and boiled king prawns
2 kg (4 lb 4 oz) peeled, seedless tomatoes finely chopped
a large sweet pepper
2 tablespoons flour
20 g (4 tlbs)butter
3 cups of rice

Fry the thinly sliced onion and pepper in a pan with the butter until they are golden brown.
Then add the flour until it browns.
Add the tomatoes, stir well and add the king prawns. Leave for three minutes, remove and serve with boiled rice.
