Recipe(tried): Arroz Con Puerco (Pork and Rice) Puerto Rico

ARROZ CON PUERCO (PORK AND RICE)
Adapted from: Recipes from La Isla: New & Traditional Puerto Rican Cuisine by Robert Rosado, Judith Healy Rosado

2 pounds pork, cubed (like for carnitas)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon anatto oil
8 cloves garlic, chopped
2 cups rice, cooked
2 cups green peas

Saute pork in both oils, until browned on all sides.

Add garlic, saute for 2 minutes.

Add remaining ingredients and heat through. Serve.
