Recipe(tried): Bacon Wrapped Pork Roll-ups

Bacon Wrapped Pork Roll-ups

2 lbs ground pork well chilled
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup crushed cornflakes
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3/4 tsp celery salt
3 T minced onion

Combine all these ingredients and pat into a 10X14 inch pan. Chill for 20 minutes. Cut into 8 equal rectangles.

Combine: 3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
3/4 cup grated carrots
3/4 cup parmesan chesse
3 T melted butter
2 tsp Worchester sauce

Put equal amounts on each rectangle and roll the meat around the filling. Wrap a strip of bacon around each meat roll-up. Fasten with toothpick. Bake at 350 degrees fro 40 minutes. These can also be grilled.
