Recipe: Baked Asparagus with Parmesan Cheese

Baked Asparagus with Parmesan Cheese

1 lb asparagus
1 tbsp olive oil
2 1/2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tbsp soft white bread crumbs
2 tsp margarine

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Toss asparagus spears in 1-2 tsp olive oil and arrange in baking pan,

Sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs. Drizzle with remaining olive oil.

Bake uncovered until asparagus is just tender, about 15 minutes.
