Recipe: Baked Cinnamon Apples (with marshmallow center)

 Hi Vivian,

This recipe calls for the marshmallow instered before baking the apple but I don't see why you couldn't add it when you take them out of the oven.

Baked Cinnamon Apples

Clean apples and core, slit around center. Add into hole of each apple:

1 to 2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. butter
1 marshmallow
1/8 tsp. cinnamon

Pour 1/4 cup water in bottom of glass baking dish. Place apples in baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Baste syrup occasionally while cooking.
