Recipe: Banana muffins

Banana muffins
Ingredients
Wet mix
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 cups mashed bananas (about 3 medium)
Dry mix
1 3/4 cups self raising flour
1/2 teasp nutmeg
1/4 teasp baking powder
Method :
Preheat the oven and grease the muffin pans. Blend together the butter and sugar and then mix in the egg and banana. Combine the dry ingredients and then mix these into the wet ingredients. Place in the muffin tins and bake. Makes 12 - 14 Bake : 200 degrees C for 20 - 25 minutes
