Recipe: Mushroom Cheese Combo (rarebit soup)

MUSHROOM CHEESE COMBO

"A sharp and creamy rarebit soup that's perfect for autumn or early spring."

2 cans (10 3/4 ounces each) Campbell's Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup, undiluted
2 soup cans milk
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (8 ounce) can tomatoes, cut up
1/2 cup sliced celery
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 hard-cooked eggs, coarsely chopped

In large saucepan, combine all ingredients except eggs. Heat until cheese melts; stir occasionally. Add eggs; heat.

Makes about 7 cups
