Recipe: Beef Stroganoff (crockpot)

Beef Stroganoff

1/3 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 pounds beef round steak, cut into 1/2-inch thick strips
2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 (14 oz) can tomatoes with juice, broken up
1 1/2 cups chopped onion
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons sherry
2 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup light sour cream

Combine flour, salt, pepper and paprika in plastic bag. Place a few strips of the steak in at a time. Shake to coat. Place in crockpot.

Mix next 7 ingredients in bowl, pour over steak.

Cook on Low for 7-9 hours or on High for 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours.

Stir in sour cream in the last 30 minutes.

Serve alone or over noodles or rice.
